The water has been absolutely perfect. Good clarity, hanging around 78-80 degrees. There are baitfish absolutely everywhere. Timber fishing is the absolute best way to catch big fish on this lake and right now it�s on. I�ll be honest, I absolutely cannot catch a keeper crappie with a minnow on right now. I have been catching all of my fish on black and chartreuse jigs. They absolutely hammer it on the way down. Some days they�re 6 ft down and some days they�re 15 ft down. It�s the best time of year to catch numbers and we�ve limited with 50 or 75 the last week or so.if you�d like to book a trip for June or July, send me a message and we can get it set up!
