Here a lot of crappie talk about Palestine, but no bass talk. Whats up not a good lake for bass or what. Or is it one of those secret spots

Here a lot of crappie talk about Palestine, but no bass talk. Whats up not a good lake for bass or what. Or is it one of those secret spots Has plenty of bass and plenty of GOOD bass. Landmine of a lake north of the 155 bridge in addition to most all of the popular, well known creeks and cuts. I would definitely recommend finding and buying a boat lane chip for Palestine. Great time to throw topwater.

Palestine is fished hard in the late winter/early spring. Mostly up north in Kickapoo and the Neches. It can be a great dock fishing lake on the main lake this time of year. Lots of good bass in Palestine
