Just put a Easy Step on my boat. They have several different models and work with you to get the best solution your boat and trailer. Extremely well made and will no doubt take you thru several boats for years to come. We were close enough to Tyler that we went to their facility, met the owner and purchased ours there. Google "Easystepsystem.com " and you can find prices and possibly a dealer closest to you.
