Does anyone know of a listing of ADA accessible freshwater fishing sites in Texas, either in State Parks, city and/or county parks, etc? I found some saltwater suggestions on the TPWD site, but nothing about freshwater lakes/rivers. I know that Palmetto State Park supposedly has an ADA Accessible fishing pier, but short of visiting every page for every state park, does anyone know of an existing listing? Thanks!

Marinas that allow you to fish from them are the only ones I know offhand. You can call up a few in your area, some of them even have websites with helpful info such as pricing and photos. I found the same list for saltwater but couldn't find one for freshwater. Bummer. I'm sure Parks and Wildlife would point you to a few places if you call them up! fish

Catch and release. The dream - to catch one of every species of Freshwater fish in our great state! If only I can resist Carp...

Best bet would look at park web sites to see if ADA availability. I know Live Oak City Park in San Antonio has a dock that is ADA approved. thumb
