To me it looks like a homemade bait made to resemble a Johnson Silver minnow. Looks like the spoon part was made out of a willow leaf blade.

It doesn't look to be homemade,it is too professional looking.I have seen the design on the bait somewhere but I can't remember where (something to do with over 75)

It’s just a spoon. My grandfathers tackle box was packed full of them.

This is made by VMC, called the gliding jig or something along those lines...

Hmm...Looks like a lure I could make using a willow leaf blade ....Getting the hook to stay put might present a challenge.

Here's something similar I made using a willow leaf spinner blade bent for action with the addition of a thin washer where the trailer hook is attached.:

It has caught bass in the weeds.
