Here are a few pics of upper Dunlap taken yesterday from the Marriott property. Saw 2 kayakers out there earlier...looks like a kayakers dream come true...No wake boarders or jet skis. [Linked Image]

Looks like you could still launch a small boat under the I35 bridge, but the current is really strong.
I think once the release from Canyon slows down it will be ideal for launching small boats and kayaks.

Jon boat,canoe, or kayak would be the only type of water craft I would launch at that ramp. I would not launch an 18 plus foot boat! That's just me.
