 looking for humminbird software 1.64

i use a helix gn1 9 si kvd. i use 1.84 at the moment and heard that this was a better version. any suggestions are appreciated.

Might try and see if it works for ya, it has gotten mixed reviews. For some it has worked and others not so much. If it doesn't work you can still revert back to 1.64 ...
What are your issues with 1.84?

I have 1.900 with my first generation Helix 12 CHIRP SI GPS and no issues.
Helix 12 CHIRP MEGA SI+ GPS G3N and G4N, 1198c SI, SOLIX 10 SI G3,
Helix 8 MEGA SI+ GPS G4N, SOLIX 12 SI and G3, MEGA 360, MEGA LIVE TL, RC-1

my issues with 1.84 is down imaging is poor but si is decent. Your unit does not have Down Imaging. It has composite DI views created by blending the two SI pulses. That is why the DI view is not as sharp as SI. The next two generations of Helix SI units have true DI from a DI piezo in the SI transducer.

Wayne, you are right I forgot about that! DI is not even worth looking at. Just looks grainy. Knowing that not sure if I want to update the software.
