Does anyone know if any crappie are holding to the trees off of FM 3330? I need to find a cove to stay out of the wind.

If you are talking about county road 3330 yes the crappie have been biting in the timber in that cove in the middle near the creek channel.

is the Lake ( Fork) Muddy? I'd like to go fish one of the bridges if it's not muddy.

John 21:3 Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee.

I fished the 154 bridge to the dam today and the water is not muddy,...actually not too bad....now the wind, that's another story !!
we caught 48 with only 12 keepers, most on minnows in brush and trees in 22-35 feet...

fish

hooked

I ended putting in off of 3370. Caught 4 bass and no crappie. Enjoyed myself. Still learning.
