 Couple of good bass....and a first catch

Our usual Sunday afternoon fun...hit the pond for some fishing. My gradnson wanted to fish with a "lure" like I do... I set him up. Took a while for him to understand what "SLOW" is, but as soon as he got it right...it worked out perfectly. Holy cow what was the weight on that big one?
Congrats to the little guy getting his first lure bass!! I'm guess 6 or so (I do tend to underestimate...just cause I hate being told...NAH...that thing ain't even two pounds).... funny thing is my wife bought me a digital scale for just this purpose. At this time...it was sitting in my kayak at the house...SMH.
