I'm starting to feel a lot better about living in Ennis. Me too- But lets be honest here, we actually have a dump up off of I-45- I call it Mount Palmer- I didn't include Ennis as its father out. It would qualify also right up with mineral wells

Let's list the dumps
Arlington, grand prairie, south Dallas, east Dallas, west Dallas, duncanville, desoto, pleasant grove, mesquite, Irving, cedar hill, fort worth ( pick a part doesnt matter), Saginaw, crowley, everman, burleson, white settlement, north, Richland hills, HEB keller and Mansfield are holding on for now, I give aledo 6 years but we get raided by the west fort worth degenerates regularly. I cant speak to plano, McKinney, Frisco as I avoid them, I suspect the colony is a dump and Lewisville too. The downfall of fort worth has been rapid and shocking. There's more I'm sure but this is a solid list to start with Describe dump. Garland is a dump too, thanks for reminding me. Yeah Garland is like little Mexico now but the real dump is West Tawakoni. The library there is full of old newspapers. They don't even have a Taco Bell. Everytime I drive through there by the time I get to Fork I feel like I need a shower.

Been thinking about relocating to be a little closer to family so appreciate the "Dump List". Opinion on the Granbury/Stephenville area?

It would qualify also right up with mineral wells we are also looking at Graham Most all of the frac mud used today is harvested from Graham and surrounding areas. Graham is also home to the majority of the disposal wells for frac water. There have been recent studies proving 75% of those wells have faulty casing and are considered highly volatile.

My sister lives in Grand Prairie off Bardin and it is a much nicer house and street than I live on in Flower Mound. I agree lots of areas in GP that are dumps but certainly not all of it. The areas south of I20 are mostly okay to really nice.
