I have never had an issue with Plastics coming off my hooks Me neither. Get you a hook with a good keeper and it shouldnt be a problem. I like the Roboworm rebarb hook. Jungle hook if youre flipping. Even with using a traditional EWG Gammy, Ive never really had any problems with it.

I have never had an issue with Plastics coming off my hooks I assumed the OP was asking about plastics that slip through the hook after catching a fish or two. This is when I will sometimes cut off 1/2" and get down to fresh meat... to get "one more" fish out of it before discarding.
