Allegro, might as well just use Soy Sauce. I make my own fajita marinade. Garlic, cilantro, lots of black pepper, olive oil and LOTS of lime juice. I’ve always understood that lime juice was the key ingredient in a fajita marinade

Citrus is key in tenderizing the beef. I will throw some lime juice in there too. Just haven’t done it yet.

Citrus is key in tenderizing the beef. I will throw some lime juice in there too. Just haven’t done it yet. This and place meat on onion for more tenderizing.

All the above look really good, but I never use a rub. I use leftover tenderloins for my fajitas. I get my flavor from the Pico and cilantro. That looks like [censored]

I make my own fajita seasoning. The commercial stuff usually has MSG as one of the top ingredients.
He is truly a sick individual.
