Here�s the idea. I believe pretty much all lakes in Texas are created by man made dams. People then spend money to buy houses on these man made lakes (but in reality these land owners did not pay for the dam that created the lake). Now say this dam built many years ago suddenly fails. Now these lake front land owners are mud front land owners. Of course this could not be their fault and someone else needs to pay for their investment that did not go as planned. Most definitely! This is called our reinsurance program. We have state of the art offices with all kinds of fancy office equipment. Just provide us with a copy of your rejection notice and we use a copy machine to convert it to an approval notice. Then we send this document to the home office of your insurance company and they will send you a check. Most insurance companies are so bureaucratic they will never check back with the branch office. So you will get the check you need and your rates will not go up.
