Yesterday morning was terrific on Lewisville if: You could locate suspended schools of crappie. Mike and I fished from 7:30 until noon when my trolling motor
decided to call it a day. (Got it fixed today)
We found five schools and caught and released over 40 keeper crappie.
This 4 min. unedited video was on one of the schools. These suspended fish are not on any kind of cover. They are just sitting out there waiting for a meal or
jig to swim by.
Obviously there are a lot more fish hitting the jigs that don't get hooked than we imagined. You can see how many times we jerked the jig up and missed.
After we caught 6-8 fish from each school they would scatter or we would lose track of them and have to find a new school.
I am in love with my livescope. Haven't had this much fun fishing in years.
