Had it all planned out to go on our annual mother's day weekend trip to the Guadalupe in New Braunfels but after looking at my weather app for down there it's supposed to storm all weekend. I am looking around at lakes that we could camp at and fish but will need an RV spot or tent spot with electricity for the boat to charge. Anybody got any places they like to go? We already hit PK 2-3 times a week so my wife wants to go someplace new.

It's going to be soggy all over the state this weekend. I would postpone, or go somewhere you have been to prior, just in case of flash flooding you will know the area.

I would go, but just watch out for the lightning. Seems like the heavy stuff is going to be more toward the north.
Famous last words!

You could always take her while your there and go to Gruene and let her shop and eat at Grist Mill restaurant if you get rained out.
