I got the calls, too. I blocked the number and havent received another one. My wife got the calls as well. She blocked the number and hasnt received another call. same here

My phone detects these kind of calls and displays "scam likely", so I don't ever deal with this Mine also.
Team wolfs I had to perform. It took a minute to get it all in my mouth and another five to swallow it all.

My phone detects these kind of calls and displays "scam likely", so I don't ever deal with this Mine also. Yep, I get one ring then the phone cuts it off.

I actually enjoy the calls! Boring life, I guess. I like leading them on, and on, and on. I especially like the Canadian Pharmacy calls selling Viagra. I ask them for samples and their significant others address so I can try it out before I buy.  they usually hang up on me and seldom call back.

My wife and I started receiving these calls yesterday along with my BIL. We all blocked the number and have not received any in the last few hours. What a pain.

use to be you could look at the area code and decide if it was someone you might know. But now when you get a cell number or you can carry it with you anywhere in the US. My son in Florida been living there for years has an 817 area code. I am afraid I might hang up someone I know, or worse yet something has happened to my wife and they are trying to reach me from their number.

Takes all the worry out of not answering unknown calls. Takes about 10 seconds or less to call back if something has happened to a loved one! Just have to learn how to weed out the scams left on voice mail. If you do happen to call one of those scam voicemail back whatever you do, DO NOT punch any buttons after the call connects. Just hang up. You push a single button your number goes on a special list of verified potential targets and just get ready for the barrage of that mess calling your phone over and over and over.. Same goes for if you answer a call and it goes into some recorded spiel. Just hang up. Dont push any buttons accept the one that cuts off the call.
