Anyone running them? Reviews seem to be good.

J.P., Deka and Duracell are manufactured at the same East Penn Deka facility just with a different label. I'd go to Sam's and get the Duracell. JMHO

For cranking dual purpose it's hard to beat an Odyssey. They are a beast but pricey. We do run the Duracell AGM 31 for trolling motor from Sam's club. $179 each

That is a great price for 31's. I would find me another cranking battery though. You are going to need that 1000 cranking amps. when you run large depth finders and livewells all day.

NAPA sells a battery made by Deka that is the same as the DEKA deep cycle 1000 CCA battery. You can order the Deka at Lowes for about $10 less, but NAPA usually has them in stock. I bought the NAPA battery and it has been good so far, about 6 months in service as my cranking battery.

Odyssey for starting batteries cannot be beat. They will run electronics, livewells, bluetooth radio, and talons all day long and will still be strong when you fire up to head to the ramp. They have a large reserve amperage which is important. It was hard for me to shell out $500 for a battery but I've had one for 3 years now and absolutely no issues.

I had an odessy and it was great for the first 6 months and then started to get weak. No issues getting a new one under warranty but the same thing happened with that battery as well.I went to a deka and not an issue, have one in my new rig as well.

They are the best value battery on the market in my opinion for TM batteries
