Got Son that lives there..Hes not fisherman ,just workaholic...He said come stay with us (whenever)and use us for homebase..And fish around here..? is where to go Lake wise for either Crappie or Catfish or both...so please name LAKE and boat ramp thats not madhoues....

purtis creek is neat. Athens, too! great spots to fish. Tawakoni has a few spots but be mindful of your vehicle.

I believe there is a City lake in Kaufman. If I am remembering right, it has some good bass in it.
