Anyone have suggestions for a container system for bulk (1000yd) spool storage? Interested in both on board and garage storage...

Anyone have suggestions for a container system for bulk (1000yd) spool storage? Interested in both on board and garage storage... my skeeter has a line spooling station built onto the underside of the starboard rod box. It is basically a long rod with clips to hold multiple spools of bulk line. I keep 5 1000 yard spools on it and a small tool bag has 15-20 filler spools.

I built a bunch of spooling stations and keep them under a bench in the shop, always Cary a couple of small spools in the boat

Ditto. I try to always have (2) 1000 yd spools of a given lb. test. One goes in the boat, the other hanging on the pegboard.

In a box together in a closet inside. Condition remains better/longer than inside hot/cold garage.

Storage cabinet in my insulated garage. Winter rarely drops below 55, summers rarely gets above 85. This is not ideal, but good enough for one or two spare spool of each. If I were to purchase several years worth, I'd probably store them in the house.

An insulated cooler in the garage or a refrigerator. Heat and light are the two big culprits to line deterioration.
