I find it interesting that both BASS and FLW post on their websites the amount of prize money that is won by each competitor.......BPT does not! I sent them an email asking why and their response was that they were "working on it"......Seems a bit strange that their prize money is not listed.

That might have been before the �no entry fees�. But what does it matter how much they pay, the anglers seem to like whatever it is.

Right now there's very little difference. You'll be able to notice at the end of the year for those qualifying for Cups and obviously the main difference is they're not spending their own entry money, so they've all realized that revenue increase before they even wet a line.

Well I�m glad to seee my career earnings are higher than a few on that list for 2019.

biggest difference that I can see is that now the MLF fishermen will have 850 hours of television exposure each year on the outdoor,discovery,sportstman,CBS networks and CBS sports cable channels.....this is in contrast to the 15 hours or so television exposure BASS was getting from ESPN and should mean huge differences in the income for MLF fishermen as opposed to when they were pretty much fishing for their own money with FLW and BASS....
another factor that is meaningful to each fisherman is the greatly increased amount of TV time each contestant gets with the MLF format....makes it much easier for a fisherman to gain sponsorship as opposed to the BASS format where only the top six in each tourney received any meaningful TV exposure....
