I have the Rapala Touch Screen Tournament Scale and been using it for 3-4 years now.
I've been extremely happy with it.

I've always had pretty good luck with the Berkley digital scale. Good price, fairly accurate and has weight storage. They usually last a few years and need battery replacement once a year. I've been using Brecknell for the past 6 months and have found it to be extremely accurate. If you prefer to manage your tournament weight through your scale, you wouldn't want this scale as it doesn't have that feature.

Go to MLF website and buy the one that they use. I bought one and really like it.
