Why are you already selling, do you not like granbury Bought a new build house in Brock with acerage. Schools were the deciding factor. Brock or glen rose were the two options. Brock won. We are neighbors kinda Hell you should have moved to aledo we could have pool beers Is Chris invited?

Get ready for all the emails, postcards, and even texts from the flippers if you have not already been getting them. They seem to be get desperate. I drew the line at emails and started telling them to f#*% off my house is not for sale. When it is you will see a sign in the front yard. I get at least one a week in some form.

good luck man! we have had our home in Sachse for 25 years...killer lot, awesome back yard...and we are ready to head to east texas sooner than later.
Gonna be weird even thinking about selling.
Whether you think you can or you can't, you are probably right.
