Anyone know of a cabin or place to stay around the lake thats not going to cost two of us 250$ we just need one night

Might try Llanarado but I think the ramp is being repaired, maybe Lake LBJ Resort and Marina.

Lake LBJ Resort and Marina, stayed there for my birthday for a couple of nights which fell on the same dates you are looking for. They have a ramp and restauraunt/bar on site spent all day on the lake and came back to watch the Kentucky Derby, pretty fun time. Wife liked it too. Give them a call
