It's been a while since I posted. I haven't had much time to fish. Did manage to get a few days in this past month. First off, I bought a 2013 15' Shallow Sport Classic a couple of weeks ago. The boat performs better than I expected. On a side note, I did lose my stiffy push pole on one of my trips. In case anyone saw it floating around somewhere in the laguna madre.

Anyways, took it out the first day with my wife and my two younger kids. After riding around we stopped at the entrance of South Bay (west side) for the kids to fish. My daughter caught the first fish, a Sheepshead, followed by a red, both on live shrimp. My son caught a speckled trout on cut mullet.

Next trip I made was with my friends Aldo and Angel. Fished Mexiquita flats and Holly Beach. Caught a few reds and a couple of trout. All but one red (live shrimp) were caught on various artificials. Here is a link to the video of our trip.

The last trip I made was with my wife. Fished in Cullen Bay and Holly Beach.
Ended up with a few trout and a red. All, but the first trout (Kwigglers Willow Tail), were caught on TSL Grasswalkers-Coastal Gold. Here is a link to the video of our trip.
