Spent all day today on Lewisville playing with the Livescope. Learned a great deal about how to set it and how to position the boat.
Caught a nice mess of fish off brushpiles in 18'-24' Water. Saw big schools of fish suspended just off the edges of the brush. They were reluctant to bite much but managed to trick one or two at each pile. It's a blast to see them come at the jig from several feet away and bust it. Had lots of pecky bites that didn't get the hook. Probably smaller fish.
Most of the fish looked like they had spawned. Flat bellies.
Fun day.

Thanks Mr Paty, it is good to know that even with Livescope it does not mean you can catch large messes at each sighting.

Was out there yesterday and found fish just couldn't get them to bite no matter what I threw  ...Oh well at least the boat ran great
