I purchased a 2011 115 HP Tohatsu...After I run it there is an oil leak (I think)
Doesn't leak while running ( I don't think) The oil looks fresh and not burned...It leaks on the plate above the prop...
The motor runs great and no smoke at all....

Is this normal?

I would try to narrow that down before running it too much, you don't want it to run with limited oil mixture. From the pic it looks like it is coming down from the cowling so pull the engine cover and feel around, look around for signs of leaking oil. I would guess you have a cracked oil line or loose connection (best case scenario).

Hard to tell from the pics, but I think I see oil dripping off the bottom of the port side lower engine cowling. Trace it up from there and let us know what you find.
