Hey All. Just wanted to show off my first tomato harvest of the season. This was grown indoors with my counter top garden. The thing looks super yummy!



Only problem is how to eat it? Not sure if I should slice it up for a sandwich or eat it in a salad...but I do think I set some kind of record for the smallest actual ripe tomato! Guess I won�t be solving the World�s hunger problems anytime soon.

You have to brine it first or else it will be tough.

Well here is how I ate it. I decided to have a small salad with dinner. The little red chunks is the tomato. Can�t really say how it taste because it was so small. Everything but the salad dressing and cheese was grown on my kitchen counter top. The stringy things are my lentil micro greens. Not the best tasting things but I have grown to like them. Especially knowing how much they effect my digestive track in a good way!
