I hadn't noticed until he said something about it, there are "Medical Dispensary" billboards everywhere in Tulsa, I imagine OKC is the same. Looks like there is one on every corner now. And they're trying to outdo each other on their slogans. Higher Care, for one lol. Home of the $99 oz.
I don't know what the laws are, but I'm guessing a hang nail will get a med card as many dispensaries as there are popping up.
