I repoed my little 17 foot boat. Buyer only made one payment. It has been in the barn for five years. I started it today. It runs, but will drop 200-1000 rpm every minute or two. RPM drops for a couple of seconds then goes back to where it was before the drop. The engine is a 90hp Mercury. It is a 99 model...very low hours. Im going to put in fresh gas and a healthy dose of sea foam. The gas in it is more than a year old.
