I know the official regional results wont be out for a couple of days and I sure dont expect any of the THSBA staff to be working on it today. But, does anyone that stuck around yesterday at the weigh in know the bottom weight (estimate) to qualify for the state championship?

c130 how did your team do? I went to Somerville for the first time Saturday not knowing the tournament was going on. I didn't catch squat. every place that looked good on the map was filled with boats.

c130 how did your team do? I went to Somerville for the first time Saturday not knowing the tournament was going on. I didn't catch squat. every place that looked good on the map was filled with boats. Not good, my son caught one on the third cast and lost one right after that then didnt catch another one. It was tough pre fishing for us also and everyone I talked to said the same. It was crazy, boats everywhere. Im not one to pull up on someone else legal or not legal. That sure wasnt the thought on a few others though. We fished a roadbed quite a bit and have done really well in the past there. Watched two boats catch a couple there but my son couldnt get a bite there. Not sure what they were throwing. He tried about everything in the boat.

I didn't catch squat. every place that looked good on the map was filled with boats. I bet that was a shock! 160+ boat tournament on that little lake plus all the holiday traffic makes for fun times. I'm glad they moved our regular tournament off of Somerville. That would have brought 260+ boats.
