Common courtesy goes a long way. When you leave, tell her you'll be back. When you have to take a dump, tell her you misplaced your shoes. When you finish eating, ask were you hungry? If the fridge is empty, ask if her dog ate all the food. When all the beer is gone, mention the dog must've drank that too. Pay the mortgage, she better keep up with all the other bills. Don't waste your time watching stupid shows, might as well just go to bed. Fake skid marks on her side of the bed will always get you clean sheets every week. Don't do it.

wash all her clothes with yours to surprise her about how much you want to help around the house... you shouldn't have to ever do laundry again.....

Pick up the books For Men Only and For Women Only by Shaunti Feldhahn. Agree to both read and discuss them. If one of you aren't willing to do that, then don't let her move in.

You may also want to let her know upfront you are genderqueer, "nonbinary gender of the year in 2017". This may either freak her out or turn her on!

Genderqueer people may express a combination of masculinity and femininity, or neither, in their gender expression.
