Noticed today the foot control felt lit it had a little "play" in it when I moved my foot up or down before it would respond. It hasn't been like that before.
Just wanted to see if anyone else had had this with theirs or it I may have knocked something loose? It was blowing about 25mph last time out so it was rough ride back into the ramp

Several have had a problem with it loose or breaking. STEEZ has replaced his own and can tell you how to fix it

Not a cable symptom when mine does that. Mine does that when the batteries get low.

I know there is a cable tension adjustment similar to what is on the normal cable operated MinnKota stuff. It does effect the amount of free play in the pedal. You might look at the amount of preload. Its easy...a Phillips head screw driver is all thats needed.

Give the cable tension screw a couple of turns and see if that takes the slop out.. just don't overtighten.
