Can anyone tell me what the lake is like right now? I heard the State Park ramp is closed due to high water. How about Shady Glade and Johnson's ranch? Are there no wake restrictions. Will it be considered fishable? We are planning to go this coming Monday for a couple days. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Every ramp is underwater right now. Whole lake is muddy. U can launch at those 2 places. Shady be better since takes a little more water to cover parking lot. Fishing was bad today Im told. Im gonna head out tomorrow

Thanks MUDD. Maybe it will drop a little by Monday. I've heard fishing the trees can be the best bet under these conditions. Have you found that to be true? There can't be much vegetation at the surface right now. Please let me know how you did out there today. Thanks much.

Thanks for the tips. I've got tomorrow afternoon and Tuesday to find them. We're staying with the Carter's at Spatterdock. Might even be able to launch at the cottage, with the water being high.
