when do you plant the seeds do they come back every year,are some seed better than others

It's not the easiest seed to get to germinate. Your best bet would to be to buy scarified seed. Or if you can find a good price on bulk non scarified you could scarify 1/2 yourself and then spread the rest out. A lot of the scarified seed would germ the first year. The non could take a year or two to germ. I don't know a lot about the scarifying process. But I have heard of people pouring boiling water over the seed and using acid to soak the seed in for a short period of time. You can google the methods.

I passed out $15 worth of seeds last October and nothing grew. Bummed.
