They have invaded again. Over a hundred on our pond.


But haven�t seen them in the last couple of days and this one was too big for them:

After a little research, and of all things, I found out that a government employee environmental group PEER, was able to rescind the limited kill of these birds. Ten years ago there were only a handful that showed up. We need to take action.

Agree, saw more cormorants this year while duck hunting than I did shootable ducks.

I absolutely hate those birds.Nothing like fishing on Ablon and watching over 50 of them seine the pond. Or catching stocked trout.
