 Ya know good potato salad can be made many different ways with many different ingredients. It all boils down to what you like...Right? I have found many years ago that the Best Potato salad for me, and maybe you, will be made with TWO different types of potato's.......The Red ones and the standard Russet ones. Combine both varieties and your other favorite ingredients and you will see/taste the difference. Try it next time you make your potato salad. I think you will agree...

I use what's available. Onions, chopped boiled eggs, mayo, and mustard.
