Only 1 place you need to go. Deans Top & Canvas. He was making covers for Champion Boats when they were in business. I owned 2 of his covers over the course of 12 years and they were both excellent.

Thx guys. Question, did you take your boat in for a fitting, or tust the pattern for your boat.?

I also have had 2 Deans first one lasted a good 10 years but that was under a carport.
The second one I purchased I just called Deans gave them some information about my model Champion and 6 weeks later I had a cover that fit perfect.
This time my Champion had to be stored outside in the harsh south Texas sun, occasional rain.
The cover is around 3 years old and has started leaking and is covered in mold underneath.
I called Deans and they have been very helpful and in fact they sent a new cover in warranty.
The new cover did not fit something got mixed up in translation during my warranty claim order.
I am currently waiting for the cover.
It�s just too far of a drive for me to take my boat and get a custom cover made.
If you order by phone be sure to mention your trolling motor type. I have a 2018 MK Terrova with a LiftSaver Trolling Motor Mount, this changes how your cover fits.

His patterns were perfect on my 198 Elite DC. Recommend you call him and discuss your boats accessory locations with him.
