Heading to Colorado bend SP next week and The Bend General pops up when I search burgers near bend. Can anybody vouch for it or other places for a burger and maybe a beer in the area?

Heading to Colorado bend SP next week and The Bend General pops up when I search burgers near bend. Can anybody vouch for it or other places for a burger and maybe a beer in the area? Find a dispensary. there will be good food close by.

Burgers and breakfast sandwiches are great. They serve beer as well.

I've been down there a couple of times, It was hard to find them open on a week day. But when they are beer's no problem. Not sure about the grub.

Brett will take care of you. He has owned it for a couple of years now and it is totally different than the previous owner. He is on site and will cook or help you out whenever you need.

Was there today, and the burger was pretty good, though they were out of lettuce. We went to look at the Park, but they would not let us in to even look as the ranger insisted it was at capacity. Oh well. Nice drive.

Was there on Sat for lunch after camping at Colorado Bend. Awesome Burger. Hre's the deal Buy some beer in the store when you order your burger, give your ticket to the people at the burger truck, then go back to the patio area, they will call your name on the intercom. The patio area is " BYOB", so they sell you the beer, then you bring it to the back LOL Freakin cool place, a little weird, totally texas. Live music, pool, and chickens walking around.
