Does anyone know if SEI sells a lower unit for a 2004 Yamaha 225 HPDI? I don't see one on their site.

SEI says they don't have a lower that will work. Hydrotech says they don't have one either. Looks like outboard recycle only deals with dealers so I know nothing about them other than my normal mechanic says he won't use them. Not sure if a SHO lower would work.

I have some HPDI lower unit parts, do you need some parts or the whole, complete gear case?

OBR is a good company to do business with. We can help you get one if you want. Been using them over twenty years.
