Can someone please help me understand how to convert a Google Earth coordinate to a waypoint on my Lowrance HDS3 ?
Google Earth has too many numbers to be input into the Lowrance waypoint .
31 13 28.88N
94 19 35.25 W

Change Google Earth settings for GPS coordinate format used to display Google Earth waypoint to match your Lowrance unit.

Thanks for any suggestions ! I'm not exactly what you're doing, but I have a video on importing google earth waypoints into lowrance https://youtu.be/4-9B_hycI9QIf you have`nt done so already ,on your unit click on the power or pages button ,go into settings and change "Coord System" to Deg/Min/Sec.This is what Google Earth is using.You can put the same coords in your unit just omit the last digit. ...for example .88N becomes .8 & .25W becomes .2 Try it. I got coord to a river channel how bout you?
