 Down loading waypoints from mega 10

I want to down load my way points from my mega 10 to delete a bunch of them. I have tried 4 different SD card but the Humminbird program won’t down load them.
Is the boat lane info encryption messing it up?

Boat lanes is GPS data, no different than your waypoints, tracks, and routes.
You have to use a memory card that is 32GB or less.
Format it before you export your data to it.
When you export the data, you will have a MATRIX folder on the card as well as a Profile and Encrypt folder. You can delete the Profile and Encrypt folders.
Have you used HumminbirdPC before?

Yes I have used the Humminbird pc before with no issues
Tat is wh I asked if the Boatlanes data was what was causing the problems
It always worked before

Buff At worst you can delete with the waypoint function on the Mega 10 while in the boat. If you haven't done an update on your unit lately, check for update and install them. Fixed a few bugs I was having with Helix 12, might be just the fix you need to make it download properly.-Mike
