No, it's ok on our side

You might want to check on that. Those, as well as ALL COE lakes are under federal jurisdiction and fed laws apply. No concealed weapons permitted but falcon is also a border lake so other rules may apply. Just make sure you absolutely know before the border patrol stops you

I don't know about the Texas side but when I was there (only once ) a guide told me to never have a gun in the boat on the Mexican side.
