Most likely. Crappie normally don't look like that.

sandbass, probably, could have some yellow bass and crappie mixed in.... hooked

Im gonna say catfish and shad...notice how the returns are narrower, longer and lower on one end and shorter and thicker on the other, the narrow end is the tail .... very possible its channel cats.

I think that just has to do with your transducer not being level and how long the fish is in the Sonar cone... his boat speed is probably slow 1-2mph maybe, the targets are in the cone longer thus lengthening the return.
