AMISTAD 3/03/19 - Water Temp 58-60 Lake Level 23.37 low ...

Past couple weeks catching stripers from surface to 65ft. Spoons, traps, cranks, and topwaters.. Whites are in several creeks 15-30ft. Have caught majority on spoons and crankbaits. Yesterday we sat in one spot and on a spoon we caught largemouth & smallmouths, stripers, whites, bluegill, catfish and a couple drum. Twas a fun day.. Im told Crappie are showing up in good numbers lately fish

Today we caught some largemouth shallow on Tx rigs & swimbaits. We found several beds in a couple locations and did some sight fishing out of the wind. Males were locked on. The Spawn is happening but tonights artic blast will slow it down once again. Next weeks forecast is in the 80s. Its gonna be fun.. 2 pics from today and a striper pic from yesterday.. www.amistadbass.com ... call or text to book a trip (830) 768-3648 Thanks
