 help with boat lanes ?

Has anyone ever had this problem or have any idea what I am doing wrong? Downloaded latest version for hummingbird, none of the install instructions worked for solix, finally got the waypoints to load using h.b. pc but the safe track looks like this. You should just import the GPX file into your Solix.
HBPC has a bug and does not display Boatlane tracks correctly.

There was something about this a while back. Something about the connecting lines from trail to trail. I'll Google it later today and let you know what I can remember (ok, find).

I know there is this problem if you try to convert the file to use in a Garmin unit. Looks exactly as the OP has pictured.

www.boatlanes.comTracks use track-segmentation. And Garmin unit software doesn't support track-segmentation, hence Garmin users had to break one track into 30+ tracks. But new Fork Boatlanes is greater than 50 track-segmentation.

HBPC has a bug and does not display Boatlane tracks correctly. If I put the gpx file directly to sd card the solix says no data to import like its empty.

HBPC has a bug and does not display Boatlane tracks correctly. Your right ! Got it. Not sure why it wouldn't work before, but I deleted everything from graph and used new sd card, gpx file loaded straight up and looks right. Thanks for the help

Glad you got it worked out. On the note of showing no data found, mine does that also on a bird 898. I don't know why it says that but it works fine.

. . .Glad you got it worked out. On the note of showing no data found, mine does that also on a bird 898. I don't know why it says that but it works fine. Glad you got it loaded. Humminbird only imports NEW data. If the data is on the unit, then unit reports No Data to Import. Example: Unit has 100 waypoints. You export them. Then say you use HumminbirdPC to create 1 new waypoint and the SD-card now has 101 waypoints(100 old, 1 new). When you import, unit will report 1 Waypoint, 0 Routes, 0 Tracks Imported.
