Was there yesterday for three hours.
It is muddy looking and I guess the cold front turn off the bite. I talked to a few guys that came in while I was there and they said the bite was very slow. I only got 2 from the bank and they were not the big mama"s

Navasota has really been spotty and slow this year. So far no full on run. Has anybody fished North of Hwy 14?

I know a guy who would get in there from lake limestone, I never could figure the path and almost got stuck.

I was fishing it two years ago when a 20 ft. c. c. came by and he said he came from Limestone. He also said that you need to know the route to do it.

I know the route but right now nor sure if my boat can make it. There is a Tree down where the island splits the Creek. I jumped it two weeks ago and Thursday it had too many logs piled up on it to jump. I was able to go around the other way but the water was only about 8" deap.
