fiberglass, aluminum?
What boat?
I can most assuredly tell you there isn't a automotive paint that works on fiberglass boats. Many have tried, all have failed.

Interlux Paints Micron CF or Pacifica Plus both are anti-fouling paint and will also work well on aluminum
