I am located in the Kilgore area and was wondering of any good spring kayak fishing rivers or lake spots around my area any one might know of. I am an experienced fisherman but just this year heavy into kayak fishing and looking for good spots near me. I know many if not all lakes and rivers near me, but was looking for specific spots and places to put in at for easier kayak access. thanks!

You are about 1 hour away from what many people consider to be the best kayaking lake in Texas.... Lake Naconiche

I live down I20 from you and I have been going to Martin Creek lake all winter and it is closer for you. Not many big bass but there are days when I catch lots of bass. You are welcome to fish with me.
