This has been a great job to work on. Bruce has pretty much given me free reign to design and build as what I see in my mind. He has a beautiful place and a killer view which will become even better on the deck. Bruce has such an incredible wealth of knowledge from city ordinances, to permits, to licenses, to sprinklers, to drains, to fishing. I sure do enjoy going to work when you know your client is on the same page with you and you can spend time discussing different topics, the most important is fishing of course.

Off the job for a few days to go surprise my granddaughter for her birthday. Be back Monday to start the roof and finish up. I think we have another project once this is complete.

The solution to any problem - work, love, money, whatever - is to go fishing, and the worse the problem, the longer the trip should be. --John Gierach

Wish I could remember what it was called. Had a deck done about 15 years ago by some guys that normally did concrete staining and designs. They applied it with a pressure washer and it had exactly the look you're talking about. Lasted really well too.

Bruce that might be what your looking for, it says "High Gloss." I wonder if they will have one of those small size sample cans.
