thawed out some tuna today. rubbed with olive oil, liberally coated with salt, pepper and garlic powder, then let sit for a couple hrs. cooked down some onion, celery, green pepper and carrot pcs in butter and olive oil to top tuna steaks with. removed the veggie mix from pan and seared tuna steaks about 1 1/2 min each side. served with black beans and carrots with a dinner salad. pretty good. will make tuna salad with the left over tuna. good tuna makes a tuna salad soooo much better.

Had some fresh off the boat up north, tasted like a well seasoned and cooked Ribeye.
